OUR CHEF, JOHN HAVENS II
John Havens started his career in Denver under the close direction of Chef Keith Josefiak. He has worked in resorts in Scottsdale and Washington D.C., as well as the Smithsonian Institutions, the Kennedy Center and the National Gallery of Art. John first came to Hilton Head in the late 90's, working with his mentor, Josefiak, at The Starfire Wine Bar and Grill. After a brief hiatus, John returned to the area where he worked for the Lowrey Group at Celebration Events, catering parties both large and small. He joined The Jazz Corner in May 2007.

Danielle went to Culinary School in Denver and worked with
Master Chef Bill Franklin. She has worked in several
country clubs in Texas and most recently, prior to The Jazz
Corner, she worked for Celebration Events.
